Legal Debt Solutions GUARANTEES that if we cannot successfully negotiate a mortgage restructure with your current lender, you will receive your money back! As per the agreement if LDS fails to win modification approval with the clients current lender(s) then the total funds paid are 100% refundable, subject to verification and clearance of items presented. Refunds will be issued within 20 days from lender decline. No refunds are made to clients who fail to disclose or intentionally misrepresent their information. No refunds are available to partially paid files. Meaning, if retainer is not paid in full, we will not continue with the workout package. Any early termination will be subject to firms hourly rate policy. Client is guaranteed that within 180 days after he/she signs retainer that if no mortgage restructure is offered to Client, then Client is due a 100% refund.
